Gary is a 6th Dan Black Belt in Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate affiliated with the I.O.G.K.F. He is the principal instructor in Kelty, Kinross and Lochgelly dojo’s and is a Scottish Goju-Ryu Karate Association (SGKA) Kambukai (management committee) member.
Classes are split into 3 types: - Grasshoppers is for 3 & 4 year olds, Family Classes are for all ages 5+ and Advanced classes are design for green belt and above and adult students.
You can train with Gary at either our Kelty, Lochgelly or Kinross dojos.
